Requirements

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and team members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the entertainment venue, surrounding retail areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help deter unauthorized access.
Monitor access points and assist with directing guests, vendors, and deliveries in accordance with site-specific procedures.
Document incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately and report concerns to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
