About The Position

KRE Security, LLC is hiring a Part-Time Security Officer for a consistent Saturday and Sunday First shift assignment (6:00 AM – 2:00 PM) in Philadelphia, PA. This is a permanent, non-rotating weekend schedule ideal for dependable individuals seeking stable part-time hours. Officers will be responsible for maintaining a secure environment through gate control, patrol duties, and incident response. The role requires providing a professional security presence, monitoring entrances and exits, controlling access, conducting routine patrols, observing and reporting safety or security concerns, responding to incidents, enforcing post orders, and completing accurate incident and daily activity reports using Belfry Software. Clear communication with supervisors, clients, and team members is essential.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and observation skills
• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
• Ability to remain alert for extended periods
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Must pass a background check

Nice To Haves

• Security, military, or law enforcement experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional security presence at the assigned client site
• Monitor entrances and exits throughout the property
• Control access and verify authorized personnel, visitors, and vendors
• Conduct routine patrols of the premises and surrounding areas
• Observe and report safety or security concerns
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and emergencies as needed
• Enforce post orders and client policies
• Complete accurate incident and daily activity reports using Belfry Software
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors, clients, and team members
