As a Security Officer Patrol Concierge in Morrisville, NC, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a healthcare location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

Have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
Be at least 21 years of age.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, common areas, and perimeter to help identify hazards, unsecured areas, and other security-related issues.
Monitor entrances, exits, and visitor activity to help support authorized access, provide directions, and report suspicious behavior in accordance with site protocols.
Assist with security-related responses involving staff, visitors, and/or deliveries while maintaining professionalism and clear communication in a healthcare environment.
