About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time unarmed patrol Security Officer to support an aerospace and defense location in Chandler, Arizona. The officer will safeguard the client by monitoring assigned areas, conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence to help deter incidents, supporting access control, and providing customer service and clear communication. The role requires an active Department of Defense Secret Clearance and at least two years of security-related experience. The listed schedule is Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. Pay is $24.38 per hour.

Requirements

At least two years of security-related experience.
Active Department of Defense Secret Clearance.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet applicable state and local licensing requirements; licensing may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and perform emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, business areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations, reporting unusual conditions or hazards.
Monitor access points and visitor activity according to site procedures to help deter unauthorized entry and support controlled access.
Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate observations, incidents, and security concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
