- Hold yourself accountable for achieving established guest service standards.
- Exceed every guest’s expectations through proactive service.
- Work closely with your supervisor to achieve or exceed expectations.
- Understand and hold yourself accountable for the responsibilities of the Security position.
- Assist in providing a safe, healthy environment for all guests and associates.
- Ensure daily actions reflect TPI’s nine core values.
