As a Security Officer - Downtown Highrise in Phoenix, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As a Front Desk Security Professional, you will serve as a welcoming, professional presence at a public service location. You will help manage access, greet visitors, monitor security-related systems, respond to inquiries, and communicate observations with site personnel. Requirements

• Have at least two years of security-related experience.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control/badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Staff the front desk and greet visitors in a professional manner, providing directions and general assistance as appropriate.
• Monitor access to the location, verify visitor credentials in accordance with site procedures, and maintain accurate visitor records.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as needed.
