Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established reporting and escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random foot or vehicle patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, and surrounding property to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas; verify authorized access in accordance with facility policies; and assist with visitor directions and general information.
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity accurately and promptly, communicating relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.
