About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical security of our facility through various tasks, including: Monitoring walking or stationary posts Inspecting and controlling individuals and vehicles entering or leaving the premises Maintaining detailed logs of all activities Your duties will encompass: Checking identification of visitors, vendors, contractors, and Team Members Allowing only authorized personnel into the facility Examining carry-in items Writing comprehensive investigative reports Conducting preliminary investigations into accidents, thefts, workplace violence, and other incidents as required Additionally, your role will involve: Patrolling the plant to ensure the overall security of the physical facility Monitoring and logging truck traffic during ingress and egress Proficiency in switchboard operations, two-way radio communication, and intercom equipment will be essential Why Join Us? Requirements

  • High School diploma or its equivalency.
  • Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Office applications is required.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills and be able to effectively communicate under stressful situations.
  • Must be capable of communicating well both verbally and in writing with all levels of Team Members from hourly to upper management, as well as government officials.
  • Must have the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.
  • Must be able and willing to work in season environmental conditions both hot/cold temperatures, work independently and under supervision.
  • Must have valid driver’s license.
