About The Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical security of our facility through various tasks, including: Monitoring walking or stationary posts Inspecting and controlling individuals and vehicles entering or leaving the premises Maintaining detailed logs of all activities Your duties will encompass: Checking identification of visitors, vendors, contractors, and Team Members Allowing only authorized personnel into the facility Examining carry-in items Writing comprehensive investigative reports Conducting preliminary investigations into accidents, thefts, workplace violence, and other incidents as required Additionally, your role will involve: Patrolling the plant to ensure the overall security of the physical facility Monitoring and logging truck traffic during ingress and egress Proficiency in switchboard operations, two-way radio communication, and intercom equipment will be essential Why Join Us? Must be capable of communicating well both verbally and in writing with all levels of Team Members from hourly to upper management, as well as government officials. Special Skills: Must have the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion. Other: Must be able and willing to work in season environmental conditions both hot/cold temperatures, work independently and under supervision. Must have valid driver’s license.
