About The Position

The Accounting Administrator is responsible for the preparation, analysis, and reporting of yield data to support accurate financial reporting and informed operational decision-making. This position ensures the accuracy and integrity of yield calculations, performs reconciliations of production and inventory data while working closely with operations. During the initial training period on A shift, the individual will receive cross-training in the responsibilities of other Accounting Administrators as well as Scale House functions to ensure operational coverage and continuity. Upon completion of training (3-4 months) the position will transition to its regular schedule of 4:00 PM to midnight.

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent (GED)
Requires standard computer skills including generating Excel spreadsheets and Word processing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
10 Key proficiency a must
