As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Vehicle Patrol Driver in Sacramento, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Security Officer at a logistics and distribution location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and site operations. This driving post requires a valid driver's license in the job state and compliance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Deliver exceptional customer service and communication while working with integrity, teamwork, agility, reliability, and innovation.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and/or delivery personnel while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of distribution areas, loading docks, parking areas, trailer yards, access points, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as required, and report unauthorized activity or unusual conditions to appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures.
• Document patrols, observations, incidents, and security-related activities accurately and promptly in accordance with site requirements.
