As a Security Officer Secure Location in PHOENIX, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a premier financial services location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, office areas, entry points, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and/or vendor activity while following post orders and escalation procedures.
• Support Allied Universal standards by documenting daily activities, communicating relevant information to site contacts, and assisting with assigned security-related duties as needed.
