Requirements

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong observation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Professional, courteous, and dependable demeanor
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with security systems, procedures, and basic computer skills

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Patrolling the premises to deter and detect suspicious activity
• Monitoring CCTV systems and other security technology
• Responding promptly and appropriately to emergencies
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Assisting residents, visitors, and staff as needed to ensure safety
• Completing incident reports and maintaining accurate security logs
