About The Position
Securitas Security is looking to hire a full time security guard to work at a location in Chemung, NY. The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. Requirements
- Valid NYS Driver's License
- Able to meet the requirements of the Securitas Safe Drive program
- Must be able to work Thursday-Sunday 1500-2300
- Must be available to work holidays should your regularly scheduled shift fall on a holiday where your job location is open
- Must be able to go to our Johnson City, NY office for Securitas Orientation and the NYS licensing classes if needed to obtain a NYS Security Guard Card
