About The Position

Securitas is seeking to hire Entry Level Security Officers. We offer weekly pay, excellent benefits, employee perks, and assistance with education. The pay range for these positions is $16.00-$18.00 per hour. All Security Positions are Full Time and Part Time with all shifts available, including weekends. Security positions require passing our drug screen and background check. Candidates must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard. The Security Officer/Guard observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. This role requires frequent sitting, standing, and walking for long periods, which may involve climbing stairs and walking on uneven terrain. Additional physical requirements may include frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds. Requirements

Must be 18 years of age.
Pass a lifetime background and drug test.
Must have a valid driver's license.
High School Diploma or GED.
Must have excellent communication skills and be professional.
Professional appearance: Visible body piercing accessories or visible tattoos are not permitted, unless authorized.
Must have excellent Customer Service skills.
Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.

Responsibilities

Provide for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
