Requirements

Be at least 19 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities.
Monitor and coordinate incoming calls, alarms, radio traffic, and other communications; dispatch appropriate personnel in accordance with established site procedures.
Document incidents, critical situations, service requests, and dispatch activity accurately and promptly, escalating information to site leadership and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while maintaining clear communication with personnel and responding agencies.
Conduct regular and random patrols of designated areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
