As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Rounds in Bristol, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remain visible to help discourage incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this role, you will support daily operations with reliable security-related presence, respond to site needs with agility, and work as part of a team that puts people first and acts with integrity.

Requirements

  • Have at least 1 year of law enforcement experience or at least 2 years of security-related supervisor or manager experience or at least 3 years of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts according to post instructions.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.
  • Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed, and help support authorized movement of personnel, deliveries, and contractors across the location.
  • Write detailed activity and incident reports, report maintenance and/or operational issues observed during patrols, and support Allied Universal team communication during shift changes.
