Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
Monitor access activity and follow site procedures for visitor entry, employee access, deliveries, and contractor arrivals.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
Document patrols, incidents, and daily activities through clear, accurate reports and communication with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts.
