The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the safety and security of employees, visitors, facilities, and company assets. This includes maintaining an on-site security presence, monitoring the access control systems, conducting routine patrols, and responding promptly and effectively to incidents or emergencies. The officer plays a critical role in preventing security breaches, identifying potential risks, and supporting a safe, professional workplace environment that enables business operations to continue without interruption. The full-time in-person role also supports People Inc.’s business continuity by documenting incidents, coordinating with internal teams and emergency responders, and maintaining a consistent security presence that protects operations and company reputation. This position is a fully in-office role due to the nature of the work being done.
