Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a dynamic construction location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and perform a driving post as needed. You will remain visible to help reduce security-related concerns, support access and site activity, and deliver strong customer service and communication. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the construction location, including access points, work areas, and perimeter zones, to help identify and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify authorized access when required, and help to deter unauthorized presence, trespassing, and/or policy violations on the location.
• Support daily site operations by observing conditions, reporting hazards, securing restricted areas when directed, and assisting with security-related requests from location management.
