About The Position
The Security Officer is responsible for the security of hospital employees, patients/families, visitors, and property. Is responsible for fire prevention and initial response measures.
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent required
- Valid Driver's License in good standing required
- Fingerprints and Child Abuse Clearance required upon hire.
Nice To Haves
- Previous hospital-based security position preferred
Responsibilities
- Maintains safety practices in the area of his/her assignment.
- Has oversight of the SOC (Security Operations Center)
- Conducts the Duties and responsibilities associated with the Metal Detector.
