The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. These values are at the heart of our culture, help define who we are and guide our actions. The pay rate is a fixed $23.00 per hour, regardless of the site worked. Candidates must have reliable personal transportation and a valid California Driver’s License, as travel between locations is required. Prior security experience is preferred due to the variety of site assignments. This position requires full-time availability with a flexible schedule, requiring availability across all shifts based on an agreed-upon schedule with the District Manager. You will serve as a dedicated Security Officer supporting a specific DM, providing coverage across various accounts and sites during your availability.
