About The Position

As a Security Officer Full Time Mobile Patrol Driver in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol professional supporting a dynamic technology location. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

  • A valid driver’s license is required in the state where the job is located.
  • Possess at least six months of security-related experience.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of office areas, parking facilities, loading docks, exterior grounds, and perimeter areas to help identify and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and vendor credentials in accordance with site-specific procedures; report access concerns to appropriate personnel.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
  • Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation while communicating professionally with Allied Universal leadership and site stakeholders.
