About The Position
Oak Ridge Security Officers with Clearance. This position requires an Active DOE (Department of Energy) Clearance. YOU MUST ALREADY HAVE THE CLEARANCE, it is not possible for Walden Security to help you to get a clearance. Candidates with a DOE Q clearance will receive $29.24 per hour paid on a weekly basis. All employees will work a scheduled weekend, you will be put into rotation and no one is exempt from being in the rotation. Candidate will be assigned to either 2nd or 3rd shift. 1st shift positions are not available. Candidate must have a valid driver’s license, be at least 25 years old and a clean driving record with no more than 1 violation in the last 5 years. This position requires patrol in a company owned vehicle. All workers that are required to drive company vehicles and must be cleared to be covered under Walden Security automotive plan. Our Security Officers protect the Industrial or Commercial property of our clients against fire, vandalism and illegal entry. Our clients range from Class-A Office Buildings, Luxury Residential Properties, Distilleries, Fortune 500 Companies, Financial Institutions, Telecommunications, Manufacturing/Industrial Factories, Hospitals and many others.
Requirements
- Active DOE (Department of Energy) Clearance

- Assigned to either 2nd or 3rd shift
- Valid driver’s license
- At least 25 years old
- Clean driving record with no more than 1 violation in the last 5 years
- Cleared to be covered under Walden Security automotive plan
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- Ability to pass criminal background check and drug test
