As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Observation in Tulsa, OK, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Utilities, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer with Allied Universal at a utilities location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control and site procedures. You will deliver exceptional customer service, communicate professionally with employees and visitors, and contribute to a caring, reliable team that acts with integrity.

Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, contractors, visitors, and/or the public by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control practices, and emergency response activities at a utility location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
Monitor access points, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and document visitor, contractor, and vehicle activity when required.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency responders according to established procedures.
Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, and observed conditions, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel.
