As a Security Officer Full Time Access Verification Patrol in Frisco, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a dynamic technology, media, and telecommunications location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, help to deter incidents, and support access control activities. Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate site contacts and emergency personnel as directed.
  • Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of office areas, parking facilities, building exteriors, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity.
  • Monitor access points, check credentials as required, and assist with visitor and contractor entry in accordance with site procedures.
  • Document observations, incidents, and patrol activity in clear, accurate reports, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
