As a Dispatch Security Professional at a utilities location, you will coordinate security-related communications, monitor access activity, support incident response, and help maintain a secure environment. Requirements

Have 3+ years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at a utility operations location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
Monitor and coordinate dispatch communications for security-related incidents, alarms, access concerns, and operational requests, documenting activities according to site procedures.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating information to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders when needed.
Maintain accurate dispatch logs, incident reports, and shift activity records, including communications with field personnel and site stakeholders.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, and communicate observations or maintenance concerns through established reporting channels.
