About The Position

Securitas is hiring for a Part-Time Security Officer immediately to help keep our military client site safe in Concord, NH! This role involves maintaining a safe and secure environment by actively monitoring the premises, patrolling various locations, preserving order, and enforcing regulations. Security Officers often provide customer service and information to clients' employees and customers. Requirements

Strong customer service skills
High level of professionalism
Walking/standing for long periods of time
NH Guard Card
Valid driver's license
At least 18 years old
Proper grooming and hygiene

Responsibilities

Greet visitors and check for proper identification at site entry gate / guard shack
Keep records of visitor logs, noting timestamps of arrivals and departures
Use radio and phone communication with various site staff
Hourly patrols of the premises, on foot for interior areas, and using a company vehicle for exterior areas
Use proper reporting practices and following chain of communication
Address and de-escalate situations that may pose a risk, hazard, or safety threat to our clients, their people, and property
