About The Position
Securitas Security is looking to hire a full time security guard to work at a location in Auburn NY. The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Frequently our Security Officers will provide customer service and information to a client’s employees and customers. Requirements
- Must have own reliable means of transportation
- Must be available to work Wednesday-Sunday 2300-0700
- Must be licensed with NYS Division of Licensing services (or willing to obtain)
- Honest and trusted by customers to safeguard their premises and valuables
- Attentive and notices things that others don’t
- Ready to help if an incident occurs that requires intervention regardless of whether or not it is directly related to their job
