Requirements

Have at least 5 years of security-related experience.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or clients while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related policies at a commercial real estate location.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, exterior areas, parking facilities, common areas, and perimeter boundaries to help identify and report unusual conditions.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response procedures.
Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the property, documenting incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations in required reports.
Communicate professionally with property personnel, emergency responders, and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related incidents and operational concerns.
