- OHIO STATE GUARD CARD & VALID DRIVERS LICENSE REQUIRED
- No facial tattoos. Other tattoos are acceptable but may need to be covered.
- No facial piercings are allowed.
- Please bring your ID, SS card, resume, and guard card (if you have it).
