As a Security Officer - Full Time in Muscatine, IA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support daily operations through strong customer service and communication. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and communicating with site contacts as needed.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns.
Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access as directed by site procedures, and report suspicious behavior, damaged equipment, and other security-related issues.
Support compliance with location rules by observing for unauthorized access, restricted area violations, and/or potential workplace disruptions, and escalating concerns through proper channels.
