About The Position
Securitas is seeking Entry Level Security Officers. These positions involve observing and reporting activities and incidents at assigned client sites to ensure the security and safety of client property and personnel. The role requires frequent sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods, potentially including climbing stairs and navigating uneven terrain. Physical requirements may include frequent lifting of up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds. Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Pass a lifetime background and drug test.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Must have excellent communication skills and be professional.
- Must have excellent Customer Service skills.
- Professional appearance: Visible body piercing accessories or visible tattoos are not permitted, unless authorized.
- Must be able to meet and continue to meet any applicable state, county, and municipal licensing requirements for Security Officers/Guard.
Responsibilities
- Observe and report activities and incidents at an assigned client site.
- Provide for the security and safety of client property and personnel.
- Frequent sitting, standing and walking, which may be required for long periods of time.
- May involve climbing stairs and walking up inclines and on uneven terrain.
- Frequent lifting and/or moving up to 10 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 25 pounds.
