About The Position
GardaWorld Security Services is looking for a Concierge Security Officer. This role emphasizes customer service and building meaningful connections with people on all shifts in various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. The ideal candidate will have a natural ability to engage with others, reassuring and inspiring confidence.
Requirements
- Authorized to work in the US.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
- Valid PILB.
- Valid driver's license.
- Superior people skills.
- Comfortable using computers, laptops, CCTV, and other electronic tools.
- 1 year of Security experience.
- Strong work ethic.
Nice To Haves
- Law Enforcement or Military experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service as a top priority.
- Observe and survey the area, reporting on activity at the assigned location.
- Provide rapid response in critical situations.
- Read and write detailed reports.
- Enforce customer procedures, regulations, and standards.
- Provide critical access control and order in the Lobby area by checking credentials of employees, vendors, customers, and other visitors.
- Keep the area clear of foot traffic and prevent other hazards.
