As a Security Officer Full Time in Saint Paul, MN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for tenants, visitors, and staff. You will provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while responding to security-related concerns. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and/or property management by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Conduct regular and random patrols of commercial real estate buildings, parking areas, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations.
Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures; document and report unauthorized access attempts or suspicious activity.
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed by site protocols.
Complete detailed activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while communicating relevant information to Allied Universal leadership and property representatives.
