About The Position

GardaWorld – Security Services is hiring a Security Officer for Overnight Weekends. This role requires excellent customer service skills and involves conducting roving patrols, acting as a point of contact for incidents, monitoring property for rule infractions, observing and reporting on activity, and providing rapid response in critical situations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading and writing detailed reports and enforcing customer procedures, regulations, and standards.

Requirements

High school education or equivalent (GED)
Able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
State license if required
21 years of age or older
Demonstrate a stable work history
Have reliable transportation
High customer service skills
Driver License

Responsibilities

Conduct roving patrols of the facility perimeter to detect unauthorized entry or other suspicious activity.
Act as point of contact for incidents and emergencies.
Monitor property for rule infractions.
Observe, survey the area and provide reporting on activity at your assigned location.
Provide rapid response in critical situations.
Read and write detailed reports.
Enforce customer procedures, regulations and standards.
