This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. Requirements

Provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

Customer service experience is preferred.
Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established facility protocols.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of patient care areas, entrances, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
Monitor access points and assist with visitor management, directing individuals to appropriate areas while supporting site access procedures.
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and promptly, and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.
