About The Position

Securitas is hiring two full-time flex Security Officers for a location in Oswego, New York. The positions cover PTO requests, call-offs, and employee leaves; weekly hours are not always guaranteed. The pay rate is $19 per hour. Applicants must have open availability for second shift (4 p.m.–12 a.m.) and overnight shifts (12 a.m.–8 a.m.). The role involves frequent interaction with people and requires good customer service skills. Security Officers help maintain a safe and secure environment by monitoring and patrolling the premises, preserving order, and enforcing site regulations and directives concerning personnel, visitors, and the area. They also provide customer service and information to client employees and customers. Duties include access control and foot tours of the facility, among other tasks. No security experience is necessary; training is provided.

Requirements

Good customer service skills.
