About The Position

University Security Officer - Access Control & Patrol. Seeking a security officer who is willing to check identification cards, secure entrances, monitor cameras, maintain logbook entries and report any issues to the shift supervisor. University Patrol officers are expected to be able to stand for prolonged periods, walk long distances outdoors, be comfortable with incident report writing, be comfortable with driving full size SUVs on site, respond to calls and interact with the campus community. The Security Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by actively monitoring the premises, including patrolling a variety of locations. They preserve order while enforcing regulations and directives for a client site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and the area. Requirements

If you have retail, food service or hospitality industry background you are a great fit for this role
Training and everything you need for a great introduction to a career in the security industry will be provided
