As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to alarms and service requests, document observations, and communicate clearly with staff, visitors, and emergency responders when needed. Position Type: Flex Pay Rate: $22.32 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Fri 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation support and timely notification of site contacts and/or emergency services when needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including interior areas, entrances, corridors, and the perimeter as assigned.
• Monitor access points and visitor flow, helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or restricted area access in accordance with site policies.
• Complete routine reports and logs, document incidents and observations, and communicate noteworthy activity to Allied Universal supervision and site leadership.
