As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents. You will support access points, observe activity, and communicate clearly with employees, visitors, and your team. Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
- Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
- A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities
- Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate updates to the appropriate contacts.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial buildings, production areas, parking lots, and perimeter points, with working conditions that may vary by location.
- Monitor access points and support controlled entry for employees, contractors, and deliveries, helping to deter unauthorized access and/or disruptions to operations.
- Complete required reports such as incident documentation, shift activity logs, and patrol observations, and report maintenance hazards and/or unusual activity through established channels.
