As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a fast-paced location, conduct routine rounds, and stay visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to alarms, document activity, and communicate clearly with site teams while providing strong customer service. Requirements

• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
