Requirements

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology manufacturing location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and access screening protocols.
• Screen individuals, personal belongings, packages, and deliveries entering or leaving the facility in accordance with established procedures.
• Verify identification, visitor authorizations, and access credentials; maintain accurate entry, exit, and screening-related records.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site-specific emergency response procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
