About The Position

Allied Universal is Currently Hiring a Part Time Security Officer for a Distribution Company in Boston MA. Saturdays 3 AM - 11 AM. Starting Pay is $23.31 Per Hour / Paid Orientation / Paid Training. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership.
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout warehouse areas, loading and unloading zones, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, visitors, and/or delivery drivers, following site-specific protocols for access control, vehicle activity, and package handling areas.
Document observations, incidents, and/or policy-related concerns in a clear manner, and report maintenance issues, hazards, and suspicious activity according to post instructions.
