About The Position

Marksman Security Corporation is hiring immediately for FLEX Security Officers to work at the Toyota Motor Manufacturing site in Jackson, TN. This is a part-time position requiring flexibility with scheduling, including weekend and holiday availability. The role involves responding to work assignments with little to no advance notice and offers the ability to work up to 30 hours per week. Ideal candidates have previous experience in security and customer service, possess a professional demeanor, and are dependable and detail-oriented. This is an active, boots-on-the-ground role focused on conducting routine patrols, identifying risks, enforcing site policies, and maintaining a secure environment. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age or older
High school degree or equivalent
Professional demeanor and appearance
Basic computer skills
Must be able to multitask and prioritize assigned tasks
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Minimum of one year of customer service or security service experience
Must be able to pass pre-employment screening (background and drug)
This position will require occasional crawling, crouching, climbing of stairs, kneeling, running, sitting, standing, stooping and walking for extended periods of time

Responsibilities

Acknowledge and greet all residents and guests in a prompt and courteous manner
Manage all guest/visitor access as needed and eject trespasser or violators from premises when deemed necessary
Verify credentials of incoming and outgoing individuals/vehicles
Document and maintain a log of visitors and notify residents of visitor’s arrival
Assist in protecting others and equipment while enforcing policies and procedures
Monitor and or detect any suspicious behavior to assist in the prevention of vandalism, theft and or other criminal behavior
Monitor surveillance cameras and alarms
Patrol the perimeter (interior/exterior) to identify potential safety and security risks
Warn violators of infractions e.g., loitering, smoking and or in possession of prohibited items
Respond to calls of distress, alarms and or emergencies such as fire, injuries or presence of unauthorized individuals by contacting local first responders
Identify and report any and all concerns (safety, security breaches, unusual circumstances) in a timely manner
Ensures accuracy and timely submission of required documentation (reports/documents)
Ensure all rules/regulations are being enforced and followed
Other duties to be determined by management
