You will monitor entry points, verify credentials, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security-related incidents while delivering outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a busy distribution location.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and shipping-related documentation, and help to deter unauthorized access to warehouses, yards, gates, and other restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, loading areas, parking locations, and perimeter to identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.
• Document visitor activity, vehicle movements, incidents, and policy violations in accordance with Allied Universal standards and site expectations.
