Trillium Woods is recruiting for a hospitality focused Security Officer (Part-Time, E/O weekend, 3rd shift) to join our team!

Requirements

Possess a valid driver's license
Highschool diploma/GED
Must have or be willing to be trained in first responder, first aid & CPR training

Nice To Haves

One year experience in security or two years customer service preferred

Responsibilities

Develops and maintains a good working rapport and maintains a positive and professional demeanor with residents, family members, visitors, and personnel to assure that security procedures meet the needs of the facility.
Makes scheduled rounds both inside and outside the buildings to maintain a secure environment for residents and their property as well as company property.
Ensures safety of the residents and property by monitoring surveillance cameras, door alarms, life safety systems, building alarms and investigating any unusual activity.
Assists with special security needs as they arise involving employees, visitors, and other members of the community.
Provides written report of any community incident during the shift that Plant Operations Director and other administration may need to be aware of.
Always maintains entrances in facility for safe passage. Shovels and keeps clear exit door walkways during and after snowstorms.
Drive residents as needed on campus.
Accomplishes all work in the order of priority set by supervisor. Performs specific work duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor.
Monitor security cameras and safety panels, sign in and out keys to authorized persons, assist residents and staff to parking area as requested, respond to all code emergencies.
