As a Security Officer Mobile Patrol in Addison, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a financial institution location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence that helps to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Requirements

• Possess at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Be able to provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities at a financial institution location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns according to post instructions.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility, lobby areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify authorized access, and document visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Support Allied Universal and site personnel with detailed incident documentation, communication during disruptions, and other assigned security-related duties as needed.
