As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Mobile Operations in Sylmar, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Driving Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic media and technology location, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

• A guard card/license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, talent, crew members, and vendors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate personnel and document activities as required.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of studio facilities, production areas, parking areas, entrances, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity; verify authorized entry in accordance with site procedures and direct guests, deliveries, and vendors to appropriate locations.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports and maintain clear communication with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership regarding security-related observations and incidents.
