As a Security Officer Full Time Unarmed Badge Patrol in Atlantic City, NJ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer at a residential location, you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents. You will support access control, communicate professionally with residents and visitors, and deliver exceptional customer service. Requirements

Be at least 21 years of age.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Access control/badge experience is preferred.
Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation procedures.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout residential common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
Monitor access points and observe visitor, resident, and vendor activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
Prepare accurate reports of incidents, unusual activities, and/or maintenance concerns and communicate relevant information to site contacts.
